Hi everyone, I’m Phi (pronounced like the Greek letter).
I’m from Warrandyte, Victoria too.
My service and gift is helping people divided stressed or otherwise, come back into love, respect and kindness. Bringing people together and building bridges over difference. I’m a meditation teacher and artist. This is my work. Presence, clarity, creativity and connection through grounding and somatic practice is my gift.
One thing I’d love to find in this group and community is raising common values we can all agree upon and build from. Perhaps values like Respect, connection, love, community building, resilience, growth mindset, health, peace. Genuine connection with like-minded people who are also committed to bringing something meaningful, healing and grounded into the world.
